May be very difficult to install but it works

If you dont have the right router, it is a real headache to install. The one on support promised in the ad doesnt exist. My emails were ignored. The website gave no troubleshooting help at all. The read.me file was more useful, but inadequit to install the program. I did, however get it working by browsing the the Incoming folder and manually launching the application. Its been a frustrating experience, but the application works as advertised.
